Welcome to the Softdir.org Seller Program. By registering as a seller and offering digital products on our platform, you agree to the following Seller Policy, which governs your responsibilities, payments, and conduct within the Softdir ecosystem.

1. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on Softdir.org, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legally registered as a business in your country

  • Own or have legal distribution rights to the products you list

  • Provide accurate, verified information during the registration process

  • Accept and comply with all applicable laws and digital product regulations

2. Types of Accepted Products

You may only list digital products, such as:

  • Software (with valid licensing or OEM rights)

  • SaaS-based access or subscriptions

  • Digital tools, utilities, or plugins

  • Templates, frameworks, or resources for commercial use

All products must be:

  • Safe, functional, and virus/malware-free

  • Accurately described and categorized

  • Delivered instantly or within 24 hours (via download or license key)

3. Ownership & Rights

  • You must have full ownership, distribution rights, or reseller authorization for any product listed.

  • You may not upload cracked, pirated, or illegally obtained software under any circumstances.

  • All intellectual property violations will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.

4. Product Quality & Support

As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining up-to-date product versions

  • Providing accurate documentation or setup instructions

  • Offering support to buyers within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24–72 hours)

  • Ensuring your listings remain functional and accessible

Softdir.org reserves the right to delist or suspend any product that receives consistent user complaints or fails to meet quality standards.

5. Pricing & Fees

  • You may suggest a price for your product, but Softdir.org retains the right to apply discounts or adjust prices during promotions.

  • Commission structure is as follows (example, customizable later):

    • Standard Commission: 30% to Softdir.org

    • Seller Receives: 70% of net sale price

  • Commissions may vary based on volume, exclusivity, or partnership agreements.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts are made monthly to your verified payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50

  • You are responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees.

7. Refunds & Disputes

  • Softdir.org handles all buyer refund requests.

  • If a product is faulty or undeliverable, the refund may be approved and deducted from the seller’s earnings.

  • Sellers are encouraged to resolve buyer issues quickly to avoid escalated disputes.

8. Seller Conduct

You agree to:

  • Operate with honesty and transparency

  • Avoid misleading titles, false claims, or spam

  • Not manipulate ratings, reviews, or traffic

  • Not engage in any action that harms the reputation of Softdir.org or its users

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension, removal of products, or account termination.

9. Taxes

  • You are responsible for complying with your local tax laws and reporting your income.

  • Softdir.org does not withhold taxes unless legally required by your jurisdiction.

10. Termination

Softdir.org reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or remove seller accounts for violations

  • Remove products that violate IP rights or platform rules

  • Withhold payments if fraud or policy violations are detected

Sellers may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Seller Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update implies acceptance of the revised terms.
